The Certificate of Destruction is an important legal document demonstrating compliance and must be retained in accordance with the regulations.
Any company contracting with Rock Solid Shredding will receive a signed testimonial, documenting the method of destruction, date of destruction, and record a reference number that certifies proper destruction procedures were utilized and met. This certificate must be kept as proof of compliance.
Rock Solid Shredding will issue the Certificate of Destruction after all of the material has been destroyed. For customers with a scheduled service, the Certificate of Destruction will be included in your monthly invoice.
