The Certificate of Destruction (COD) is an important legal document demonstrating compliance with state and federal laws and should be retained in accordance with local regulations.
All customers contracting with Rock Solid Shredding will receive a signed testimonial, documenting the method of destruction, date of destruction, and a reference number that certifies proper destruction procedures were utilized and met. This document should be kept as proof of compliance.
Rock Solid Shredding will issue a Certificate of Destruction after all materials have been destroyed. For customers with scheduled services, the COD will be included on the invoice.
