Environmental Impact
We don’t just shred paper—we recycle it too.
We shred hundreds of tons of paper each year, so we take our role in environmental stewardship seriously.
Nearly 100% of the material we shred, whether paper or hard drives, is recycled.
For every ton of paper that we recycle, up to 17 mature trees are preserved from unnecessary destruction.
Recycling also results in 64% less energy consumption, 50% less water usage, and 74% less air pollution than the production of one ton of paper products using virgin wood pulp.
In 2022, we shredded over 500 tons of paper, which preserved approximately:
8,626 trees
2,861,877 kilowatt hours
3,551,975 gallons of water
507 tons of CO2
45,163 square feet of landfill
