Purge Service

A one-time, as-needed shred service at your location. Our certified reps handle the labor of collecting and shredding your documents on-site.

From a few boxes at a residence to thousands of boxes in a storage facility, no job is too small or too large.

  • We can shred through staples, bulldog clips, other fasteners, and manilla folders. Throughput of 4,000 pounds of paper per hour, with roughly 9,000 pounds of capacity per truckload

  • 100% of shredded paper is recycled—we do not dispose of cardboard

Not your typical shredding provider

  • Many shredding providers add fuel, recycling, or other forms of fluctuating surcharges onto their standard service costs, but Rock Solid Shredding never does.

    Our prices are based on a flat On-Site Service Fee, and the rest is determined by the amount of material we shred or the number/size of locked containers we provide. We never add surcharges, and paper shredding is not a taxable service.

  • Our customer service is guided by the principle of treating others how we would want to be treated. All customer support is handled in-house from our Little Rock and Springdale offices. Everyone on our team is held accountable for the quality of our work. And we continuously optimize our routes and shred truck fleet to minimize service disruptions.

This certification — issued by the International Secure Information Governance and Management Association (i-SIGMA) — is the gold standard for professional information destruction service providers, ensuring complete confidentiality and rigorous data protection protocols.

    NAID AAA Certified on-site shredding meets the security requirements of HIPAA compliance. Our industrial grade pierce-and-tear shred blades, when paired with post-destruction pulping/recycling and our NAID protocols, also meets the stringent destruction requirements of highly classified information.
