Our Story

Rock Solid Shredding was founded in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 2012 to provide organizations and individuals with secure, on-site shredding services. What began as a small and dedicated team that primarily served the Central Arkansas region has since grown to become the leading provider of paper shredding, hard-drive destruction, and document scanning services in the state. Today, Rock Solid Shredding has offices in both Little Rock and Springdale, with service coverage across the entire state of Arkansas as well as Southern Missouri and Eastern Oklahoma.

In 2022, Rock Solid Shredding was acquired by Arkansas locals Jeff and Christy Ward. Jeff holds over twenty years of experience in the shredding industry, most of which he spent as the co-owner and manager of Arkansas’ leading shredding provider at the time. But after this company transitioned from a franchise to corporate model, Jeff eventually decided to part ways.

When the opportunity to acquire Rock Solid Shredding presented itself, Jeff and Christy set out on a new journey in the shredding industry, motivated by their desire to provide Arkansans with a better alternative for secure shredding services. In 2023, their youngest son Bryce Ward joined Rock Solid Shredding to lead the company's expansion into Northwest Arkansas. And in 2024, their eldest son Tanner Ward joined the company to manage continued growth in Central Arkansas.
