Drop-Off Shredding Made Easy
Available at our Little Rock & Springdale Offices
We believe it should be easy and cost-effective for individuals to have their personal documents or electronic media securely destroyed and recycled. If you don’t require on-site shredding and only have a small amount of material (for example, less than 15 file boxes worth of paper), then our walk-in service is meant for you.
To drop off material at our Little Rock office, you do not need to make an appointment. Simply swing by anytime between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (federal holidays and inclement weather excluded).

Springdale Walk-ins
How Our Walk-in Shred Service Works:
After you arrive at one of our offices, someone from our team will roll a bin out to your vehicle to collect your documents. We will then meet you at the front desk to collect payment and have you sign an opt-out form confirming that we did not shred your material immediately on-site, per the requirements of our NAID Certification.
With our walk-in service, we store your material in locked containers inside our surveillance-monitored facility until one of our shred trucks returns from a route. This approach allows us to keep costs down so that secure destruction is more feasible for individuals.
As an added bonus, 100% of the paper or e-media that we destroy is later recycled.
Walk-in Pricing:
Paper Shredding: We charge $10 per box for the first three boxes, then $5 per box thereafter (based on a standard, letter-sized file box with 16” x 12” x 10” dimensions). If your paper is not stored in boxes with these dimensions, we calculate the pricing based on how filled our collection bin is (we use either a 64 gallon or 96 gallon bin) — it works out to be the same value as our per-box price, it’s just a different way of measuring the paper volume.
For context, one standard file box can hold around 30 pounds worth of paper. This means we are essentially charging 33 cents per pound of paper you bring in — for comparison, third-party shredding services offered by mailing and retail stores typically charge between $1.00 to $1.50 per pound.
Hard Drive Destruction: We charge $10 per hard drive, and an additional $5 if we need to remove it from its housing unit (such as a laptop or phone). We use specialized equipment (not our shred trucks) to properly destroy hard drives or solid state drives.
Need to see your documents destroyed on-site?
If you want the peace of mind of seeing your documents immediately destroyed, or if transporting your documents to one of our offices is not practical, then our mobile, on-site shred service is the way to go. We service both residential and commercial settings, and our shred trucks have routes across the entirety of Arkansas and into bordering states.
