Never. Fuel, environmental, and other fluctuating surcharges are commonly tacked onto invoices in the shredding industry, but we don’t like that. The pricing we quote is the pricing you can expect to see on invoices.

Also, shredding is not a taxable service in Arkansas.

In most cases, no. We prefer to keep service agreements optional, because we are confident in the quality of our service. However, we commonly implement service agreements for our larger accounts, and when we do, the terms are favorable when compared to corporate-level shredding providers.

No, paper shredding equipment is not designed to shred cardboard (it’s bad for the blades and contaminates recycling). For on-site bulk shreds, it is typically the responsibility of the client to dispose of cardboard boxes after they are emptied.

Yes, we can. There is no need to remove metal fasteners prior to shredding. However, we are not able to shred plastic (such as three-ring binders) because it gums up the blades of our shredders and contaminates the recycling process.

Some shredding providers charge a fee for paper that has metal in it, but we don’t.

Setup: Based on your paper volume and location count, we help you determine the ideal number and size of secured bins to keep stowed in your office or facility, as well as the ideal visit frequency. We then hand deliver the bin(s) to your location(s) and provide brief instructions for their use.

Service: On a set schedule, one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) will drive to your location(s), empty your bin(s), and shred your paper in our commercial-grade mobile shred truck on-site. Once all of your paper is shredded (you can watch while it happens!), our CSR will hand you a Certificate of Destruction for your records.

If you have a large amount of paper or hard drives that you need shredded all at once, our shred truck can visit your location and quickly shred everything right there on-site. Simply provide us with an estimate of the quantity and sizes of your boxes (standard/16” or large/24”) and we will provide you with a quote.

*Prior to our arrival, please ensure all boxes are in an easily accessible location on ground-level. During the job, our CSR will count the boxes and adjust the quote accordingly if needed. And please note that we cannot shred cardboard boxes.

If you live in Central Arkansas, you can swing by our office on Markham Street in Little Rock anytime between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday, holidays excluded) and drop off your paper or hard drives to be shredded for an affordable walk-in price.

If you live in Northwest Arkansas, you can drop off your paper or hard drives at our office in Springdale, about one mile off exit 73, but you must schedule an appointment beforehand (we’re sometimes out in the field!).

With our walk-in service, we store documents in locked containers in our surveillance monitored facility until one of our shred trucks return from a route.

We offer quick and secure document scanning to businesses and individuals throughout Arkansas to convert your physical records to digital storage. All scanning is done in-house by our experienced team in Little Rock.

If you don’t live near our Little Rock office but would like to use our scanning service, we can come to you and securely transport your documents to our Little Rock facility.
