New Online Payment Process Effective 12/01/2025
As of December 1st, 2025, Rock Solid Shredding transitioned to a new internal software that will greatly improve customer experience. The first change you will notice is the way that online payments are executed.
Previously, as demonstrated in the screenshot below, customers paid invoices online by going to our website and clicking the “Pay an Invoice” link in the header. As of December 1st, 2025, this payment link is no longer accessible on our website.
Now, following a service, you will receive an email with an attached invoice and a payment link directly within that email. If you need to pay an invoice from prior to December 1st, 2025 and are having issues, or if you have any other questions regarding this change, please contact us at (501) 940-9900.
In the coming weeks, we will release additional articles explaining other new features and processes related to our new internal software.
