We provide one or multiple locked containers so your team can securely dispose of sensitive documents. We then arrive on a set frequency to collect and shred the documents on-site, at your location, using our automated shred trucks.

As-Needed Service
(For Bulk Shredding)

Whenever you’re ready to purge old documents, give us a call or request a quote on our website and we will schedule a day for our shred truck to come to your location. We do not provide locked containers with this service, but our service reps handle the labor of collecting and shredding your documents.

  • Certificate of Destruction is provided after service.

  • 100% of the paper we shred is recycled.

  • Never any surcharges or taxes.

  • We can shred through paper clips and other fasteners, as well as metal hangers and manilla folders, but we cannot shred plastics (like three-ring binders) or other non-paper-based material (like x-rays or cardboard).

Not your typical shredding provider

  • Many shredding providers add fuel, recycling, or other forms of fluctuating surcharges onto their standard service costs, but Rock Solid Shredding never does.

    Our prices are based on a flat On-Site Service Fee, and the rest is determined by the amount of material we shred or the number/size of locked containers we provide. We never add surcharges, and paper shredding is not a taxable service.

  • Our customer service is guided by the principle of treating others how we would want to be treated. All customer support is handled in-house from our Little Rock and Springdale offices. Everyone on our team is held accountable for the quality of our work. And we continuously optimize our routes and shred truck fleet to minimize service disruptions.

This certification — issued by the International Secure Information Governance and Management Association (i-SIGMA) — is the gold standard for professional information destruction service providers, ensuring complete confidentiality and rigorous data protection protocols.

    NAID AAA Certified on-site shredding meets the security requirements of HIPAA compliance. Our industrial grade pierce-and-tear shred blades, when paired with post-destruction pulping/recycling and our NAID protocols, also meets the stringent destruction requirements of highly classified information.
